ideas for rod and reel set up?

I'm looking for a new set up for fishing lipless crankbaits. I have a budget of about $150. There are so many options out there. Would like some feedback from you fellas. So, hit me with some ideas.

The only thing I would recommend is a 6.4:1 Pro Qualifier reel with a 6'9 Carbonlite rod. As a combo it comes out to $159 which is a pretty good deal. I think it would work well for your lipless baits along with anything else you might want to cast out. Other than that I would save up a little more and get a higher quality reel.

For the money a Bass Pro Pro Qualifier reel with a 7' Carbonlite rod. I have been using a couple of them for the last couple of years and they have been good.
