I don't have contact info, but here are the clubs I'm aware of: Owen County, Grant County, H&H, Kincaid and I'm pretty sure there's one down around Cynthiana. Ask around or use Google and you should be able to find the info you need.

Though it may or may not be of interest to you, there's a good fly fishing club in N.KY. They are very active and have several group outings a year. I think some of them use spinning tackle too on occasion

The reason I mention the fly fishing club is the majority of their outings group target smallmouth instead of trout.

Kentucky Pond Hoppers has Division 3 that fishes smaller lakes in the Northern KY area (Elmer Davis, Boltz, Bullock Pen, Guist Creek). We are a small boat club (boats must be less than 15 feet and motors 15 hp or less). Feel free to give me a call at 502-930-8008 or send me a message if you want more info.
