rough or nolin

Taking the boys fishing Sat wanted to know what type of conditions the lakes where in and wich one would be better to go to...we are gonna be bass fishing...any info would be great..

Both are about 4ft over winter pool and starting to fall slowly. Both are muddy with water temp in the morning starting in the mid 40s rising to the low 50s in the afternoon. Rough may be less busy as there is a big tournament on Nolin Sunday with a lot of prefishing Saturday. Problem with Rough is that the State Park ramp is about the only one usable and has a few unscheduled tournaments out of it.
