Nitro, are you referring to Guist Creek in Shelby county Ky? I know it's a late reply but I don't normally check out Tennessee discussion board. I use to fish Guist all the time, it has a healthy population of bass and crappie etc. It receives a lot of pressure in spring and summer. It must be a decent lake because one of the big tournament trail organizations had a competition there a few years back. I quit going there because of the pressure and once you get away from the no wake zone take your motion sickness pills cause the waves from the pleasure boats playing in the small lake will be constant if it's a nice day. I'd say if you ever go to Guist you will figure out the banks. It's not that big of lake.
