Reading this post as the hospital technician wheels me between chemotherapy and radiation treatments, I got really excited. I started thinking about how much my wife would like to go with me, assuming, of course, that she is able to walk by that time. You may remember, Angela, how she was hit by a bus when she dove in front of that child in the baby stroller, knocking it out of the way, and saving the child's life but crushing her spine in 12 places.
I hear the Expo is a really fun event, Angela. It sure would be a nice break from my regular work, defending Central African tribal people (don't call them pygmies, they hate that) from lions.
Can I say what a beautiful name Angela is? It means "angel". But you already knew that, I'm sure. All the Angelas I know are super intelligent, not to mention very discerning, and able to pick out the best from among several possibilities.
Is transportation included in the package? I gave my car to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
Anyway, Angie, assuming I beat this cancer thing, and my wife is able to walk, my tribal friends aren't having any lion issues, and we can find public transportation, we'd love to go to the Outdoor Expo.
Thanks Ang! By the way, those are great shoes!
