I'm in the process of making a large batch of Sloppy Joes for an upcoming event. The usual recipe calls for 1 lb of ground beef but I enlarged the recipe to accommodate the hungry horde and went with 3 lbs of ground chuck. I hope the guests savor the added touch of 3 Tbls of "sweat of Tyme's brow" that dripped into the pot. Also, the slight hint of "ash of cigar" adds to the woodsy undertone flavor.
