    Kayak Sailfish

Yes please! I love this time of year! Ive been a BUSY man with my kayak charters here in the panhandle but as tourist season winds down the fishing is really heating up! I got a rare "me" day last Friday and landed this beauty in 35ft of water a quarter mile off the beach!

This is my second one Chuck. I personally dont get to fish much myself any more. Ive fished maybe 10 times on my own all year and have ran about 80 trips so I dont get to target them my selves though. My clients have caught them though!

Thanks Chuck! I went out again today targeting sailfish and what do you know, got me another one! Smaller fish but still a freaking BLAST! Client got a decent dolphin and lost one that would have gone 2-3x as big!

The best time to get on pelagics such a sailfish, dolphin and tuna is NOW. After the first cold front pushed through until about to late October its ON!

Really, by far, the best time of year to fish down here.
