Went today and fished from the state park to Iberia. Tried going up the lake for only the second time and it wasnt that bad. Couldn't really find much of a pattern, but ended up catching around 20. Caught them on rock walls, chunk rock banks, and sandy banks. Maybe 2 keepers out of the bunch with a lot of slots. The fog was awful this morning which slowed going to some spots starting out. First few fish came on a squarebill crankbait then switched to a shakey head. After lunch got a pretty good jig/craw trailer bite going on. Overall it sure beat working and I cant wait to get on the water again!
