Winter Pool

Anyone know when or if they are going to start pulling down Cumberland to winter pool?

The corp has had a steady (very slow) pull down since arriving at summer pool early this summer. Before the heavy rains the lake was at 699 which has since went back up to 706. What I've heard from the corp is that there goal is to keep the lake at 690 and above this winter. Completly dependent on rain fall and need to keep steady flow below ****. I would assume but have no idea that they will keep the curremt slow drawdown throughout the rest of year till 690 is reached.
