    Rough River Crappie

    Can i get a boat in Rough River or Nolin, if so what ramp. Has anyone been crappie fishing there?

    North Fork ramp is not usable. Most of the lake still has ice. I spoke to a CO who said the state ramp was usable and the water was open from state to the dam.
