Drove over the dam on Nolin yesterday and it was about half froze.

Green River Lake...I drove over to Holmes Bend this afternoon to see what the water looked like. It was white as in ICEd over white. I could barely see some open water about 3-400 yards downstream from the marina. From the marina upstream it was iced over. I have no idea what color the water is under the ice but based on the conditions of the last 10-12 days I would guess cold and muddy.
