AND I should tell ya. If you want to REALLY figure out how to fish a bazillion acres of water, like the twin lakes (kentucky and Barkley), you should make the investment into Dave Stewards Familiarization classes.
They are AWESOME. I used techniques he teaches to literally destroy the fish. It is cool learning something that is relevant when fishing.

If it stays fairly stable, I suspect any of those shallow bays that are reasonably protected will hold fish. We caught fish on soft plastic creature baits. Green...and shades of GREEN.
We got on a good lipless bite on Sunday, but that was the only time we really had a good lipless bite.
Don't be afraid to fish shallow.........
I hope this helps..be careful...some of those shallow bays are REALLY shallowAnd you can tear up stuff quick.....If you're not sure, idle into them.
