Hit Cedar today, was crowded as always but still fish-able. Water conditions were better than expected... slightly stained not as bad as i thought it would be, obviously worse in the back waters but didn't seem to affect the bite. Temp was 59 to 60 in the early part of the morning and by the time i got off the water it was 64-65. Heard of several guy catching them good. All my fish came in the back waters, nothing deeper than 8 to 10 foot. Mainly hitting on spinner bait/Alabama Rig. Most successful was the green spinner. I even pulled out the fly rod and picked up some good panfish on topwater. All in all it was a successful day and the fish are biting, but be prepared to fish with 5 guys right around you, its just that time of the year, but if they're on... they're on.
Good luck out there.
