    Thumbs up

That's what makes for future fishermen. Expect to see him on the water for the next 30 or so years... if I'm still around ....

I would have never been hooked on fishing if it weren't for my dad NOT taking me and seeing the fish he brought home. I spent so many summer days dreaming of going to places like Santee Cooper. I'd make all these rigs from catfish insider magazine including one that used a water balloon and a paper clip, fishing alone on the dock with my Aunt who'd make me cut the grass for bait. Thankfully I've figured it out, unlike this kid who will unfortunately only see fishing as a privilege and a sport.
