Optima Blue Top Starting Battery

Bought an Optima Blue Top AGM marine starting battery from Advance Auto in Bowling Green in August of 2014 for $191.

There are 2 types of Blue Tops, starting, and starting/deep cycle. I mistakenly bought the starting only battery. I bass fish with the sonar electronics and/or live well pumps running off the starting battery, and it runs down because it isn't designed for that type use.

Just had it tested at Advance Auto. Tested good, and though it's rated at 800, it is delivering over 1000 amps of starting power. Would be good for a pontoon or something other than a bass boat.

I've always had it on an on-board charger, and it has NEVER sat discharged.

I'll take $100 OBO picked up in BG, or withing reasonable driving distance of BG.

I had them replace the battery with a new one. The guy handed me a brand new battery across the counter on 6/5/15.

Reduced to $80.
