Reply With QuotePatoka Lake should be over flowing the spillway if this rain keeps up. I was hoping to get outside this morning but I woke up to the sound of rain drops hitting the tin furnace exhaust stack going though my roof. I'm beginning to wonder if I should start building an ARC.
I'm getting so bored that I bought a new In-Fisherman Large Mouth Bass book to read. I've read their bass book before but this is a new one with some new information. But I'd bet that 60% to 79% of the material is a repeat of all their other information contained in their fishing books. The parts about water quality, reading topo maps, different lake types and the 10 to 12 different seasons is the same as before. I'll either skip over that or just skim it quickly as I've read all that stuff several times before in their Crappie Wisdom Book and their Small Mouth Bass In-Fisherman books.
