I'm looking for the older All Star WR1 or WR2 6'6" worm rods that were made in TX. If anyone were to have one in decent condition they want to sale please let me know. Post or PM me here. One of mine had an unfortunate accident.
Also, If anyone that uses or has used these rods could recommend a current production rod that resembles the action and feel of these old rods i sure would appreciate it. Thanks!
I had a WR1 for years and sold it but that was a broomstick! It's just my opinion but most rods today are better than those. Tip action, back bone, material and weight on rods are fantastic compared to those from the early 90's. I would bet you could go to any BPS, Cabelas or private business locations and find an excellent rod! JMO...
