With the lake being 20ft above Summer Pool .... I doubt it.

I highy doubt it but I'd imagine the state ramp is open. Does anyone know how muddy the water is? I saw the picture of settlers trace parking lot under water but the water looked very clear, I mean very clear for taylorsville.

Settlers Trace is closed. You can park in the upper grass lot and they will shuttle you to your slip if you have one.
