Congrats to Jay Wallen for racking up over the weekend on KY Lake for your win in the KBF open and top 10 finish in the kayak championship! I enjoy your kayak fishing pics you share on Facebook.
Thank you Pastorbass!! I appreciate that! It was certainly tough conditions, but I managed to luck into finding some fish and they held out for me, even in that nasty cold front we had! Thanks again brother!

Congratulations, that is awesome!
Kayak tournament sounds like it would be fun, is there any others planned for KY/Barkley this year?

There is also the Bluegrass Yakmasters, while no tournaments on KY lake there are plenty all over the state!

Thanks for the information. It looks fun, I think I may try to do that if I'm able to.
I was reading the rules and maybe you can answer this. When it says you can only use one rod at a time, does that mean only one rod in your kayak or can you have two but simply just be engaged fishing with only one rod at any given time?
Thanks again, if you are going I may see you there.
Yeah it just means that you can only be engaged in fishing with more than 1 rod....I usually take 8-10 rods out with me. LOL.Thanks for the information. It looks fun, I think I may try to do that if I'm able to.
