Heading to canada to fish part of Lake Erie. What bait imitates a goby the best? We usually use tubes,but was looking for other ideas. I always thought gobys stick close to the bottom and cover,much like a crawdad.

Poor Boys makes a goby imitator. I've used it on St. Clair with great results...I've fished it on a drop shot and texas rigged and the smallies love it either way.
