ky lake tail water's

Heading to ky and lake barkley memorial weekend can anyone tell me what the tail water's are looking like are accessible by a boat and are the ramps still open

There's a new ramp below the dam and it's very nice!

I knew there was a new ramp just didn't know if it was fishable with the rain and how much they are pumping out

There were boats out below barkley this past weekend. Rain was in the cumberland watershed. It was fishable for sure.
