    Guist Creek

I've been in Ohio all week working and heard it rained a ton here in KY. Anybody had eyes on Guist Creek Lake last couple days? Curious how stained it is...

    Thanks!

    Thank you.

Fished a tournament there last night and the water is definitely up a lot, but not as stained as I expected. Slightly stained, but not too bad. Water temps were only 82-83 though.

It was real tough. I believe there were 18 boats. Me and my partner won it with 4 fish, 9lb 11oz.

There today , water was a few feet high but the water was clear. They said at the dock fishing was tough. It looked like there were about 6-8 boats out at about 10;30AM

I can tell you the catfish will eat anything! I caught one flathead about 12 lbs on a crank bait and another about 8 on a ribbon tail worm. My buddy caught a 21 lbs on a shaky head. Very strange day of fishing. Only 2 dink bass were caught.
