Except for the carpet, Mrs.Tyme and I performed all the work. Tore out the old,nasty, mold infested Chinese dry-wall. Applied vapor barrier and re-hung new green-board. Painted and installed baseboard and window and door trims.
Of course we addressed all the problems that led to the water intrusion that caused the damage in the first place.
The Icebreaker wood-stove has it at 80 degrees inside with the outside at 14. The basement is 24 x 39 so that was a lot of dry-wall on the walls. We only had to install 3 sheets on the ceiling.
