Boonesboro State park at lock and dam #10 has great bank access at the old beach below the dam. Also lock #7 west of highbridge ky has access below the dam. You can Google map it. I've caught sauger and walleye in both places. As far as the Ohio river, markland, meldahl, and mcalpine are all good dams to fish for sauger and walleye.

Markland dam has good bank access and can be good fishing for sauger. Find the first slack spot if you fish towards the wall. But you may want to check the water levels, the Ohio has been high water seems for the last month

I can vouch for Lock 7 (easy access) and Lock 8. Never fished lock 10. Meldhal has been slow all year
