Nolin Fishing University episode

If my memory is correct back in the summer of 2016 there was some talk on the boards about the Fishing University Team filming at Nolin. I was looking at my Outdoor Channel TV schedule for this weekend and noticed they are going to air the Fishing University episode that was filmed on Nolin...just thought I would pass the info along for anyone that is interested

Per TV DISH Network guide Outdoor Channel 396...Friday 6:30 AM CST, Saturday 4:00 AM and 12:30 PM CST.

I wasn't impressed at all. Very few fish caught and most were dinks plus all they did was talk about beef jerkey.

Agree. That was a pretty weak display. The Fishing University needs new professors.

I don't lime the show much. I watched it cause it was local. But won't be waatching in the future.

I love seeing a local lake getting national attention I just wish it would've been showcased better. I'm an average fisherman at best and giving the time of year that was I could've put on a better show and these guys are "pros". I would love to see a show like MLF come to KY. Other than that time on Dale Hollow.

I was also disappointed. The biggest issue with the show...they always fish with one lure, and I am guessing that top water on a spinning rod was easy for the two beef jerky guys. Not the top choice given the time of year.

Wish they would have showcased the high school fishing team more...Etown has a solid team.
