if you like trolling and need another rod holder tee bar, here is a good cheap easy way to make one, went to lowes picked up a 3' long metal tube 3/4'' wide, used a hack saw and cut off a 24'' piece for my top bar, it cost 8 bucks, got a 12'' piece of 1/2'' threaded rod, 5 bucks, got 5 1/2'' nuts and 4 3/8'' nuts 12 cents each. went home and drilled a 1/2'' hole in the center of the tube for the threaded rod, to make the tee, when drilling the 1/2'' hole, now drill 4 3/8'' holes spaced apart to your liking, to mount the rod holders in. after putting it together, spray paint it so the metal don't rust, thread the other end of the threaded rod, in the base plate that is mounted on your boat. this makes a good solid rod holder, here are a few pictures to help show how I did it, I had some single drift master rod holders, that I used with this tee bar. it is much stronger than the drift master tee bars I bought off ebay.
