Went crappie fishing yesterday. We fished from 9 till 1. Caught 56 and kept 12. Had some others that were keepers but were a little thin. We were using minnows around 12-14' deep. Put in at Holmes Bend and didn't go to far from the dock.

I'm not sure of the name but its the store at the corner of 76 and 551.

That would be Patterson's Bait in Knifely, Ky.

But, there's one even closer to Holmes Bend Marina ... and that's Green River Bait & Grocery. It's on the corner of 551 & W Egypt Rd, and W Egypt Rd is about 1mi long and runs between Holmes Bend Rd & 551 (551 also known as Knifely Rd)

You can also get minnows at the Holmes Bend Marina ... but, prices will be higher there.

Thanks you guys. We have a couple stores on "my side" of the lake but hours are a bit unpredictable/inconsistance. I know where all the stores you guys mentioned are.
