He was the right pick for the reasons he was chose to help Indiana rebuild. But he will always be a Mid-major talent, and I believe Indiana finally realized that.

IF Indiana Basketball is going to climb out of the ashes and be good again, they need a MUCH BETTER COACH.

So, who's on the short list.

Donovan, Stevens, Shaka Smart,Gregg Marshall, Alford?

I'd take any of them, probably in the above order.

I agree. Crean did a good job bringing IU back to relevance but failed to be consistent.

I dont see greg marshall leaving WSU hes paid 3.5 mill a year there and has no real pressure. Maybe archie miller at dayton? Alford isnt leaving UCLA or id be shocked if he did. Brad stevens would be the guy I would push for. Just wonder how much $ it would take.

I don't follow basketball that much anymore but using history is a lesson...Donovan will be ready to get back into college ball after his money grab of going to the pro ranks. Pitino and Calipari did it and I believe Billy D will as well.

He would be a good fit at most schools. He is a good coach who seems like he does it the right way.
