I have to put in at weather oar knot (trixies) and paddle up. I wouldn't park anywhere down on riddles run. It's a bit of a haul in a kayak but well worth it.

So I have finally found a good smallie spot in northern KY! Took me long enough (4 years). However, Gunpowder Creek has been tough for me to access other than the Spurti Lane park. The water is pretty shallow most of the year other than a couple of pools which I have pulled a couple 16+ inchers out of. I have heard that the South Fork is a little better and deeper water by Hathaway road. I have driven around that area many times looking for an access point and havent found one. Can anyone help me out with that?
