Lightbulb Cover problem on ranger z19

Just put on a new trolling motor to my z19 and it is bigger than my old on. The Ultrexx sticks up further, so has anyone cut their cover and made it bigger or patched it? Too make it bigger over the motor? Crazy to buy another cover just because I changed trolling motors. Any thoughts? Help appreciated.

you can do two things a good canvas shop can make a cut out so your trolling motor and prop is exposed or they can cut the cover and add as much as you need to lengthen the cover.
