Man, that is some nasty weather.........Looks like some decent chop to fight with a yak too.
How bad is bad, before you make the call you cannot fish the yak?
That looks GREAT, bTW.

Hey everyone, I love having the resource of Fishin.com. I've been coming here for years, asking questions and meeting a few of you! I got to meet Mark Hall this past weekend as we inadvertently ran into each other on Lake St. Clair. Super nice guy and while we were dodging lightning and rain we got a chance to chat for a minute! Thats what makes this forum so awesome is the people you meet and how much we are all trying to help each other put more quality fish in the boat.
I want to invite all of you to check out some of the videos I have been putting together while fishing out my Hobie Kayak. I fish all over the Bluegrass and the country from Cedar Creek, St. Clair, KY Lake, Chickamauga, Florida and everywhere in between. I hope you guys enjoy some of the content I put out and will subscribe to my channel. I would also appreciate any feedback, questions, suggestions or requests on some of the content in my videos...thanks everyone for making Fishing.com a true community of anglers!

Yeah St. Clair and KY Lake in particular can get pretty wicked. Thats the good thing about having the mirage drive with the Hobie. it handles pretty dang well. I'll tough out the conditions until it starts getting up over 20-25mph. Those yaks can handle quite a bit. I know a lot of guys that go out on the open ocean in them.

I agree with the value of fishin.com and liked the video I could never fish out of a yak it would be terrible caring four yak unloading all of them and then tying them together because I would be in one and I would need the other three to carry all my tackle.
Did you happen to see Mark catch a fish inquiring mind want to know.
haha, he may have caught one....But it was a dink.
