I'd say Cedar Creek (dam ramp) or Taylorsville (Settlers Trace or Possum Ridge) ... but, if you're just learning, then do your trial runs during the week (when there's less boaters launching/trailering). And if you can, find a empty to mostly empty parking lot and practice backing the boat into a parking space. You will also be able to tell how wide a turn your vehicle will have to make in order to line the boat up before backing down the ramp.

Another quick piece of advice. Always double check the plug. When I was new to boating, I would get in a hurry, especially at busy ramps because I felt I was taking too long, and I would forget the plug. Not a mistake you wanna make.

I'll give some more advice. My "new boater" bad experience was taking a phone call while unhooking the boat straps at Cedar Creek one morning. Thought it was odd as I pulled up the ramp after backing the boat in that my buddy was jumping up and down waving his arms at me. At that point I noticed the back of the boat spinning around following me back up the ramp too. Forgot to unhook BOTH back straps, just did one. Did a nice scrape job on my prop.
Ha! I don't answer my phone anymore until everythings done.
