    That is one long fish. Ever think about tagging a fin to see if you can catch the same fish twice?

    I've thought about it but don't want to put any extra stress on them big critters, especially when it's hot. I did catch a tagged spoonbill down there, the kfw had tagged it earlier in the year and it had come up 3 dams in a short period of time so I'm thinking it would be pretty unlikely to catch the same one.

    True this warm water can be hard on them.Shows what I know about big cats I would not have thought they move around to much other than to spawn.

    The flats I could see hanging out being more structure oriented but the blues travel with the bait. They do have there wintering holes but are on the move most of the time. That is of course just my opinion lol I'm still learning😀
