Hey,
Like the title says, I'm reluctantly selling my fishing camp down at Barren. It's 1.4 miles away from the Narrows boat ramp.

There are some restrictions by the landowner:
- This is NOT meant to be a primary residence. You can come down as often as you wish, but the landowner cannot have any permanent residents on the property per Barren County ordinances. (We've never had any issues with this, and I've been down there for about 30 years).
- You own the trailer, not the property.
- On the average, I pay between 250.00 - 300.00 dollars a month, which includes RENT, WATER, and ELECTRICITY.
I hate to part ways with it, but I've got higher priorities at the moment, college isn't cheap these days. One other thing, I'm not interested in a rent to own situation at all.
