    Rough/Nolin

Anyone have water temp and clarity on these lakes? Not looking for "tips" or "patterns" but I'll be bass fishing at one of the two lakes on Black Friday (not tourney fishing, just bringing some friends of the family out) and I live in Louisville so I don't have direct access to these niceties...I know Rough is 18ft above winter pool and Nolin is about 1ft under, all that is taken into consideration. Thanks for any help!

I'll, more than likely, be at rough. My buddy was at Nolin yesterday and said he didn't know what he was going to do Friday. Sounded a little tough from what he was saying. Didn't give me any real details. There is a tournament going on at Nolin Friday also.

Any updates on Nolin? I'm heading there Wednesday. Anyone know the results from the tourney Friday?

Did you see me? I was in a silver and blue Skeeter. Anyway, it was slow but I did manage a 4 pounder and a keeper spot. My partner caught 4 short fish. That was it!

I don't Think I saw you. I was fishing out of a black and red z-9. It sounds like you two faired better than I. I caught one slot and a keeper walleye. I put in around 10 and had to pull out around 1.

Going this weekend and planning to throw a lot of small CB’s on rock. If you don’t mind saying, what worked and what didn’t for you guys?

I caught the big one on a jig, the spot on a Texas rig brush hog. My buddy caught his on jig and spinnerbait. We threw small crank baits a lot and didn't get a bite.

Thanks for the info...I figured the CB bite could be coming to an end since the draw down is finished. Guess we’ll throw the kitchen sink at em and see what works!

    Were they fairly shallow?
