According to this, yes it has : http://www.lrl.usace.army.mil/Missio...ville-Profile/

And if it did actually "turn over" (in the normal sense) ... it did it pretty gradually, as I've not heard anyone report the usual signs of turnover (funky looking water & smell).

Upper end has about 2.5 ft visibility(clear for Tville) and is about 50F to 52F. Saw several guys catching Crappie.

Had a decent days bass fishing the last 2 days on plastics

I reported it a few weeks back, nobody believed me.
But the water definitely was dark black.

Went today we caught our 30 crappie. Water is starting to clear up. Sunday the water had a black tint but didn.t have the smell when its turning over. We caught several bass on minnows and jigs today Sunday we never caught a bass and only had 15 crappie. I would say its has turned over already.

We were there today as well. Water was slightly stained, decent visibility for Tville, temp was 50-53. Bass fished for the first hour or so and had a couple dinks and a 14"er crankin'. Switched to crappie fishing, which my dad prefers, and managed 23 in a couple hours on jigs 8-12ft down. Lot of crappie fisherman out there today so imagine guys are plucking them pretty well while the weather is stable. Hope this helps.
