More than 80% of tax cuts to 1% of people

There is no way in H E Double Hockey Sticks that this is fair. Trickle down will not stand. Recession is on the way. When all the wealth is in the hands of 1% of the population you will have a disaster in the making. Giving the 1% more money will not stimulate the economy. There is no base left to buy goods and the rich won't invest in more factories if there is no demand for those goods and services. Without the middle class spending and creating demand for product the entire system will collapse as it did after the Big Bush Tax cuts the last time. The Dems seem to always have to be the one's that bails the middle class out again and again.

    natural order of things

Thats the way taxes have always worked. to begin with poor folkd don't have the means to raise taxes, and never had.One of the biggest factors in taxation is the cost of wars, infastructure could almost be linked to that in many ways. There are benefits to war. but not to the poor who usually die fighting them.Certain merchants can make fortunes on war, and never feel any of the anguish involved with them.So they get their puppets[loggyists] to raise taxes so that the public pays even more for the honor of getting their asses shot off..

Since the top 1% pays nearly 40% of all the federal taxes it stands to reason that any cuts would proportionally favor them.

Just like how nearly only half of Americans pays for almost all the federal tax burden (something near 98%) for the entire country so proportionally they would generally receive more tax cuts than the other half.

    It's just math.

That said I do have concerns for the deficits that both parties seem to dismiss once they are in office and if any cuts will worsen that over the long term. I am fiscally conservative and understand how historically many tax cuts have resulted in more revenue but then these parasites just spend it instead of decreasing the debt and then when the cycle again swings downward for the economy and revenue again drops we just keep digging ourselves into a bigger hole.

I also think that prior to tax reform they should have addressed health care costs. That IMO should by far be the greater priority and it will financially cripple many more Americans than any tax cuts will help them with.

The common denominator between both republicans and democrats is that once elected they care more about self preservation than anything else and the country suffers as a result.
