Coangler wanting to fish

My name is garrett, i live in the louisville area and i am wanting to fish tournaments though i dont have a boat. I am willing to do whatever needs to be done to be a coangler. Please contact me if you need a coanlger or if you know of any bass clubs for coanglers.
