    Walleye on Dale? or Cumberland River?

    Wondering if anyone has been fishing for eyes

    cumberland river is bad. The sluice gate is running and the waves are rocking, making it hard to get close to the dam and the gar have moved to the banks at night and hitting any lure that you throw. But on the good side, if you want a good fight, put on a steel leader and a shiner to fight the gar. They are averaging about 5 to 8 lbs. witha few big ones in the mix

    Sounds like fun, maybe try those on fly rod! I ve giant gar downriver like 4-6 ft seen em stacked up like cord wood. One of my renters caught a walleye last night on a black zoo cougar on fly rod! But that was down near Burkesville.
