    Wolf Creek Dam tomorrow

It looks like they are running 2 or more generators all the time right now. My boat is out of commission, and I wanted to try to catch some trout from the bank. Am I wasting my time trying to fish from the bank with that much current?

Heck no!! I know this is late but get out there. Them fish feed well when they are generating!!! I won't fish down there unless they are running a couple!! That's from the bank or a boat.

I was there Wednesday. I have fished below the dam for many years in a boat . This is the first time I ever had them start a sluice gate without blowing the horn. This just goes to show you better be very aware when your down there in a good boat capable of being there. I was in no danger because I knew what was happening and time to move. I was within a 100 feet of when it started. I moved over to generator side and keep fishing
