My apologies if this is not the correct usage of this forum, but I'm reaching for straws today.
My wife and I have been going to the same marina/resort for 15 yrs between Christmas and New Years, on Dale Hollow Lake (Cedar Hill Resort). This year, they have closed all cabins for the winter. We often would just fish the deeper water or points from the slips and walkways...always caught something.
Do any of you have experiences to share regarding where you may have stayed for winter fishing...either in Kentucky or Tennessee? Maybe other marinas with cabins, or lake-side property with a dock? Thanks.

Green River Lake Marina has cabins that float on the water right at the dock. Green River Lake KY outside Campbellsville KY. Good lake for Bass, Bluegill, crappie, catfish and muskie. Two other marinas at opposite ends of the lake for a place to stop for a hot cup of coffee, Emerald Isle Marina and Holmes Bend Marina.

Cabins on the dock...that is pretty nice!
Thanks for the responses!
I will keep these in mind for next December, as we just did not have time to research areas outside of Dale Hollow.
I will miss the "old" Cedar Hill Marina...hope it stays around in one form or another. (Edit) Does anyone know who is running it now???
