Happy Saturday to everyone out there. Hope you have a chance to get on some water and wet a line…
We here at SNA Krappie Masters have an off weekend as we approach our first tournament of 2019 and our first event of the Lake Cumberland Division. This is important not just because it gives you the anglers the chance to compete locally in a fun and competitive crappie tournament but also because of the growth. Lake Cumberland came on with SNA last month as our 5th lake. David Rowe stepped up as the tournament director to launch this lakes division and the outreach has been great as we expect a solid turn out on January 12th.
Today, January 5th 2019, in only eight months of official business, SNA Krappie Masters is now up to 12 Kentucky lakes! We will be hosting 2019-20 events now out of Barren River, Cave Run, Cedar Creek/Herrington, Dewey Lake, Green River, KY Lake/Barkley Lake, Lake Cumberland, Nolin/Rough River and Taylorsville Lake which was the original and only SNA lake less than a year ago!
These 12 lakes officially make SNA Krappie Masters the crappie trail of the bluegrass. There is a lake in every region of the state for all you anglers to compete without having to travel hours and hours to find an event. We also could not have grown to 12 lakes without our anglers and sponsors so we truly appreciate everyone who has fished or helped SNA in any capacity.
We do plan on releasing more exciting news as 2019 goes right here on SNAKrappieMasters.com or on all of our Facebook pages so be sure to check back regularly and as always tight lines!
