Might get free to do some bass fishing this weekend, I've heard spinners an crankbaits doing well, just wondered if water was warm enough for them to start hitting top water? Any info greatly appreciated

Crappie fished yesterday and was in 53-54 degree water. Still some good colored water to be found as well.
