Just wondering if the Van Buren end of lake is muddy? If so, how far is the mud line down the lake, thanks in advance.

Actually, the lake is still pretty turbid most everywhere. I was there today, Settlers area, and it's pretty dirty still .. so I'd say the Van Buren end is too.

Got more info from another Crappie angler : (from 2 days ago)

    River end was muddy
Poverty Hollow/Mitchell Run area was relatively clear to slightly stained
Settlers/Dam area had mixed turbidity levels & slightly trashy (from the 2ft rise in water levels).
