How’s the bass bite??
Man we miss Dave...lol
Sorry, I missed this post in my internet roamings. The bite on Barkley has been slow but you can catch a few fish. Keying on wood cover has been the best pattern. Still catching fish on lead in channel banks this past week but some have started to move up shallow to spawn. Soft plastics has been my best producers (creature baits and whacky worms),
Great to hear from ya Dave.... Hope all is well and you're enjoying retirement! TechSorry, I missed this post in my internet roamings. The bite on Barkley has been slow but you can catch a few fish. My dad and I spent a week down there, May 2-8. Toughest trip to dated! We got 2 bites - 8 bites a day down south barkley. north barkley more #'s but smaller. still slow hard fishing. Pitched a lot of bushes! All smaller bites on leadins. Was 360 before we got there. while there 359. leave and goes back up to the perfect 360!
