What seems to be going on???? Tournament weights have seemed low this year. Is the fishing rough??

I have found Guest Creek didn't produce nearly as well this year
as previous years for me.
I guess all lakes have their up and down years, and this past
season was down for me at Guest Creek and more up
at Taylorsville than usual, so maybe next fall will be better.
I hope.
