They feed up before weather gets bad. Nice catch I lost some good ones this year but haven't been able to get a LM Bass over 4lbs yet so I hope my time is coming soon.

I caught my new PB bass the day before Halloween last year. I went night fishing last night at a family friends farm pond a stuck a nice 4.45 lber on a spinnerbait. I had a feeling a good one might be coming with the full moon phase this weekend, but there seems to be a pattern for me with big bites in October. Is there a scientific explanation for this?
