Thanks for the update.
I haven't been there in over a year. Might hit it for a couple days when it cools down some more, but other lakes are calling my name...lol.

Water looks to be down about 2ft, Temps were 68 at the dam ,65 at the tracks and found 63 in the very back of the main creek. I only had 2 hits and missed both. I am guessing water level is from lack of rain and not a pull down.

Don't feel bad Wormin I've been three times in the last week and have only caught 5 and they wouldn't cover the bottom of a skillet. But really wasn't fishing to hard trying to learn new electronics.

Hey Charlie Ya I didn't have my head on what I was doing, I was about two miles from the lake and going around 60 when the truck just shut off for about 4 seconds then came back on, so I was more wondering is it going to start and how I'm I going to get the boat home if it won't. Thinking ECU or fuel pump.
I got two Humminbird Helix 10 MSI G3N's. Big upgrade from a Humminbird 597. Side and down imaging is great. Rode over the old 150 bridge and I could see the guard rails and the brush they put on it. I also kinda knew where the big rock pile was they put off the right hand point before the RR tracks. With side imaging you can see every rock. Its like looking at a picture. Its also neat to see a creek channel. Also found what looked like several rows of mounds. No idea what it is.
I'll be glad when the water temp gets in the 50's.
Yes sir, looking for that TN state record.... I wouldn't mind breaking my PB either! It's going to be hard to top my trip back in 2016, 35lb limit one day, 34lb 8oz limit another day and on the last day of the trip just one single bite all day long, my 12lb 8oz current PB. I'm smiling ear to ear just typing this...lol
