    Harrison Ave Ramp ,Clarksville Indiana

The ramp in Clarksville has been closed for some time now . I will tell you why, there are 2 big sections of the newer ramp that washed away . I went down there last week to sauger fish off the bank and there are now sections of concrete between the old ramp & the new ramp that have washed away ! Also the ground has washed away under the old ramp, this is really sad . The Clarksville Town council told me it is a Corp of Engineers ramp & they will have to fix it .
They are blaming the Barge Company that had the barges break free and get stuck in the upper spillway, they had to divert all of the water to the lower one and it caused the issue

Pretty sad that we have to put in at NEw Albany to fish the Falls in a boat , I live in OLd Clarksville and I really miss the rmap

It washed out years ago...no barges them. They rebuilt it the same direction instead of an angle like the NA ramp!
