Depends on the type of fish.

With the water temperature where it is, given the good amount of oxygen in the water right now, is it ok to release keeper fish?

Depends on the type of fish.
Sorry, asking about striper. I’ve been told that if the water temperature is above 70, it’s best to keep them. Though I’ve also been told that it depends on oxygen level. Mostly fishing fairly shallow now.
My guess is if you try they are dead. No matter the size honestly. Caught a bunch of short fish one night fishing under lights in the summer. Water temps were closer to 80 then but when we left at day light there were a bunch of them belly up even after trying to revive them and them swimming off. They literally kill themselves during the fight in warmer temps.
